After a meeting with HMI, they presented us a line card with available services, we were surprised to find we were also aligned with several of their other areas of expertise. We decided to give them a shot with their Hydro-jetting service after finding buried cleanouts to one of our campus buildings. We set up for them to arrive on site at 6am and they showed up on time and ready to go. Their competence and willing to go the extra mile made our experience even more successful. The most gratifying thing about their service was the level of experience along with them having the right equipment to properly investigate and clean our sewage pipes without creating a blockage. To date we have used several of HMI’s services and we have been totally satisfied from their supervision, technicians, and expedited billing through their accounting department. We look forward to continuing our partnership with HMI for any other additional services they may provide.
